| Description | At the end, this could mean that a support ticket in the ERP system can be created, or a message / email can be sent (to it), but first assignment of this ticket shall be UX considerations and work needed to implement this; prepare msg fields to be sent. Rationale / Motivation: If people have issues using our wallets, a very low-barrier approach must exist to get feedback / have a support case running. For severe (hopefully not systematic) cases of very bad UX: if such feedback happens before uninstalling the app, that's very valuable information for us. | ||||
