| Description | The refresh introduced in v27 is a preparation for a PQ-resillient form of coin linkage. However, for that, we need verifiably unique digital signatures, which we don't have yet. We therefore need to re-introduce refresh ala Dold19, but at the same time keep the benefits from the batching and idempotency introduced with v27. | ||||

The commit 61d75667c7aa0b2ac6c3ebc0077dd332c7f951ad in branch dev/oec/refresh-dold-++ implements the desired vDOLDPLUS version in the exchange and libexchange. The specification for vDOLDPLUS is already available on docs.taler.net. |
