Summary0010747: Merchant Backoffice SPA: Access tokens on backend.test.taler.net are dysfunctional [urgent]
DescriptionWhen testing the Merchant app we discovered that access tokens could not be created. See the screenshot attached for the error code and pls replay the procedure on test in the current version (we tested v1.2.3, although the version in the UI is falsely indicated as 1.2.2).

I think it's OK to let this related to 0010630, without adding it as blocker for now: we don't need it for show-casing it immediately.

BUT, considering that when personalizing an instance to a simpler admin interface (cf. screenshot), we have that button "Access tokens" still displayed, it's bad practice to have a customer trying it out and being directly confronted with errors.

In latest version v1.2.3 the flaw still persists - this version was just deployed a few moments ago - pls check and debug. THX
