| Description | https://weblate.gnunet.org/projects/gnu-taler/merchant-backoffice/de/#translation tells us that 342 strings are either needing editing / confirmation or translation froms cratch. This is the situation for the Merchant Backoffice UI after the strings from source were pushed to Weblate after having run the script `pnpm i18n:translations` to produce the strings.ts file which is loaded by the SPA (fixed by 3b08c7334..0b648eb41). Now, translations have to be done until the end of the week, better before, so with high urgency. | ||||

Weblate was recently migrated to firefly. Today, I just tested Weblate for the component Merchant Backoffice to synchronise with the Git, and it worked. German is now at 61 per cent, French on 59 per cent of all strings in the Merchant Backoffice UI. Let's go... |

Latest statistics of translations for this component: 321 strings are unfinished (need editing or are to check), 162 strings untranslated, 40 strings with any failing checks. This is a high priority ticket after negotiations with Sebastian who will merge the changes very soon in order to let me test the results in a freshly deployed version during the next days. |

Oh, great: to speed up things, suggestion (as also said in last QC meeting): We can also prioritize which strings we really need, as in: important sites only, not every corner of the merchant's UI. |

297 strings to edit/check + 40 with failing checks. Some strings are really bad for Swiss audience, see the screenshot attached. |

At least two strings need to be reviewed in the SPA: - typo in English - 'Complete' has no context - is this a button or an expression in 'orders' that indicates a status? |
