| Description | The VQF form requires a field "Full name" for "This form was completed by", which is missing in the tops.rst spec. I plan to introduce *synthetic* fields for this for the *_officer-variations of the forms, and use "FILED_BY_NAME" and "FILING_DATE" for those *synthetic* fields. However, if a customer filed the forms, we still need the name of the person filing the form, which is not necessarily derivable from the other fields in the form(s). We thus need to update the spec, client-side form and implementation(s) to capture this data. | ||||

In vqf_902_9_customer and vqf_902_11_customer we have the following fields for this: SIGNATURE :: String -- "Signed by:" / "Unterzeichnet von:" SIGN_DATE :: Date Should we, for consistency, also use these two fields for vqf_902_1_customer? It's IMO better to keep the AML officer name (who officially files documents into the GwG file, using their AML officer credentials) and customer name (who on their own submitted a declaration, without strong authentication) separate to avoid confusion. |

Yes, we definitively should keep the two names separate. I'm good with re-using the 902_9/902_11 field names. |

6acf87182..fbc7b8824 changes the field names in vqf902.1-customer for typst. What is left (maybe?) is to update the SPA with the 902.1 form to supply SIGNATURE and SIGN_DATE for vqf 902.1-customer. |

taler-docs.git :: 934e92ed..23d4b5c1 updates the VQF form 902.1-customer specification to add the SIGNATURE field. Sebastian: probably good to fix this one with #10791 in the KYC SPA. |
