Summary	0010729: backup: configure, test backup and restore for my.taler-ops.ch
Description	fdold has something suitable, which should work good: will look into this with him next week and first try backup and restore (!) on taler.hacktivism.ch (or other private installations), then go for this on my.taler-ops.ch itself. This is absolutely crucial before setting my.taler-ops.ch publicly live.
