Summary	0010704: taler-merchant shows error when looking into "<-> Wire transfers"
Description	Just saw that in hacktivismch3sp (one of several self-provisioned instances) using a BCF IBAN account: didn't notice such errors in prior versions of taler-merchant under any circumumstances.
Steps To Reproduce	Not yet done: check other instances, some of which administrated by @stefan. However, the error message looks like there's a data type error, likely problematic generally.
Additional Information	This is for the newest released taler-merchant, released a few days ago: taler-merchant-httpd@bcead3ae4f5e:/$ taler-merchant-httpd --version taler-merchant-httpd v1.2.3-git-e018bf1
