I don't see the button in the latest version (started via ./dev.js). |

i guess that comment was before our call yesterday? the PDF button is there but only when it make sense, florian expected the button always. |

Currently the exchange generates 204 for an empty list of decisions, but this will change in the future. For that, I'll remove the condition to only show the download when we have decisions. |
