Summary	0010633: Creating an order in newest taler-merchant (v1.2.0) has no easy mode anymore
Description	While just the first two fields marked by a red triange are required, the approach before with an easy and advanced tab might have been better, to hide complexity. That's an UX question, however. See screenshot.
Steps To Reproduce	Just create an order in the newest taler-merchant using, e.g., an instance created with self-provisioning: taler-merchant-httpd@bcead3ae4f5e:/usr/share/taler-merchant/config.d$ taler-merchant-httpd --version taler-merchant-httpd v1.2.0-git-3049fca
