I agree, we should never talk about 'exceptions'. And this is a common-enough error case that we should give a nice error message (like Damian suggested). Moreover, the 150 limit is an exposed limit, so IF the limit is an exposed hard limit, we should give exactly the text above. If the limit is not exposed (and we just got a 451) we probably should redirect to the KYC-SPA "for further information". |

The BANK_COMPLIANCE_LANGUAGE configuration option of the exchange (and exposed via /keys) should be used to implement this. |
