I think this is another case of #9068 where we want to show exchange-specific texts matching legal requirements. For TOPS, I'd keep "delete", but for deleting GLS we can use "cancel contract", we just need to add support for bank dialects and apply it to this string as well. |

The BANK_COMPLIANCE_LANGUAGE configuration option of the exchange (and exposed via /keys) should be used to implement this. |
