I'm not sure it is that easy, as we need to do two things: 1) taler-exchange-offline download sign upload --- to keep denomination keys, but also 2) set the global and wire fees annually (!), possibly for multiple applicable wire methods. I guess we can do this reasonably automatically if we expect the fees to be always 0, but if we ever want to enable non-zero fees, we'll need to store those somewhere, so this is more complex. Plus it ONLY works if the user selected 'y', so we must anyway document in detail this maintenance procedure (see https://docs.taler.net/taler-exchange-manual.html#offline-signing-setup-key-maintenance-and-tear-down). So I'm not sure this is something we should do, or at least not do for 0.9.4. |
