| This will matter if an auditor learns about wire-out operations from the bank *before* they had a chance to catch up on the exchange database. It's pretty harmless for *internal* auditors. Overall, we really have to re-think the auditor logic here, it's messy in how it checks against reserve closures, profit drains and deposit-based justifications in different ways. Plus, the way the result is stored doesn't make it trivial to delete/undo. | |
