Summary	0009167: Textfield for amount per default is too small for amounts longer than one digit
Description	Upon startup, the textfield is only large enough for one digit. When clicking one of the default amounts, it gets enlarged to show the whole amount. However, when entering a custom amount, it stays small.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Open Taler Cashier 2. Login with some bank account 3. input an amount with at least two digits into the form 4. see that one does not see the whole amount

I've just tried with the Cashier Nightly from yesterday and unfortunately the behavior is still not perfect: Although there is now space for four digits, it at the same time restricts the input to for digits, i.e. maximally 9999, or 9.99 when using cents. Could that be improved on before the next Cashier release?
