| Description | When a refresh transaction tries to, say, refresh coin1 for KUDOS:2 and coin2 for KUDOS:1.5, but the coins only have KUDOS:1 and KUDOS:1 left respectively, the wallet should still do the refresh with the "lowered" amount. We don't have a test for this yet. | ||||
