| Description | We need a tool to check whether a new tipping reserve should be created. When the tipping reserves of the merchant are below some threshold, it should indicate that a new one should be created. We can either implement this as a bash script, Python script or as a new subcommand of the taler-harness tool. The taler-harness subcommand is preferred from my point of view, as it provides amount computation. | ||||

| Tooling is implemented (in "taler-harness deployment") and documented (in the sandcastle README). This now just should be automated. | |
