Summary	0007100: Suggested exchange expected, in contrast to it being optional.
Description	The Bank Integration API specifies the "suggested_exchange" field of the "GET /withdrawal-operation/$id" as optional. The wallet however interrupts one withdrawal in case this information is missing. Logs: withdrawInfo { amount: 'EUR:5', defaultExchangeBaseUrl: undefined, possibleExchanges: [] } no suggested exchange!
