Summary0006810: reducer should detect if upload exceeds limit
DescriptionIf the core secret or the policy (or the combination) exceeds a providers policy size limit (or if a truth object is too big), the reducer should refuse the transition that builds up the respective object with an appropriate error message, instead of continuing and only failing unexpectedly on upload (possibly after payment!).
