DescriptionNo idea how this is happening, but this button leads me to Google Maps!

Which is rather unexpected ;-)

That is indeed unexpected. What is the withdrawal URL in this case?

Here when testing against test.taler.net, I get an intent chooser for apps that can handle https:// URLs
Are you sure that you didn't configure your device to open all links with google maps without asking?

The default association is Chrome according to the settings. I haven't had this problem with any other apps on the same phone.

I'll provide some logs later.

The withdrawal was started on bank.test.taler.net (clicking the link for the transactions list details before confirming on the pybank website).

So according to the logs the URL is the normal https://bank.test.taler.net/confirm-withdrawal/b0c21162-XXXXXX one. Can you check the app settings page for google maps in system settings and click "Open by default" there?

The alternative here instead of opening the link directly, is to let the user choose an app that can handle the link, even if a default is set, but this might be annoying to users.

Other apps (e.g. K9 mail) open links directly in the browser, so it's unlikely that this is a system settings issue.

(I've checked anyway, and Google Maps is only allowed to handle links for Google domains.)

Found the issue (forgot intent action). Fixed in f838c46
