Summary	0006592: browser extension got scroogled
Description	In the latest version of Chrome, installed extensions won't up in the browser's UI by default anymore. Instead it's literally hidden behind a "puzzle" icon. Here's two things we can do about it: 1. Educate users about it in the "wallet got installed successfully" screen 2. Implement a "declarative page action", which will cause a Taler-specific icon to show up on pages that contain a taler:// URI (does not require extra permissions)
