| Description | Right now we generate a fresh c53 statement for every request. Banks would return the same message on every request. They basically emit c5x messages regularly, and EBICS just allows you to download them. | ||||

| A major problem right now is that the MsgId of messages emitted by the sandbox is always zero. This doesn't mesh well with the assumptions made in the nexus (and that are presumably true for all real banks). | |
| Setting this to higher prio, as Heng Yeow needs this for testing his UI stuff | |
| bf5ae27..01c8396 is a quick fix that gives more entropy to the message id. | |
