Description	Currently on our own sites we only use CSS-based detection. We had the old taler-wallet-lib, but it was a single ts-file lying around somewhere in web-common. Instead, we should provide a properly packaged taler-wallet-lib, which is also packaged on NPM and the usual CDNs.
