DescriptionSomehow not all connections go up that should. The test was disabled for 0.11.0 in commit de970e1f0fd6a5deb908d0c60fbb80b029791497. We should get it to pass again and re-enable the test.

I've now tested this on wacko, and the test worked (without changes!) just fine. So this seems to be system-specific. I've reactivated the test for now (0b30ad775..2d4b48f0d), maybe we can get a better idea on which systems it is failing that way.
