Summary	0005509: Return Electronic Cash to Bank Account -> money lost
Description	I had about 46 KUDOS in my wallet. I clicked "Return Electronic Cash to Bank Account" and set 40 to send to account Invalid Test Wire Detail (that's the only option) The 40 don't appeared in my bank account and even worse, the rest is also LOST! balance is 0!!!
