| Description | We now allow the user to melt only the fraction of a coin's value. However, due to the construction of the /refresh/link API, the coin's linkage can only be obtained for one melt. Thus, we must ALSO ensure that a coin is never melted twice (which is good anyway as that's just expensive and doesn't do any good). | ||||
