Summary0011914: withdrawal runs into KYC due to exceeding 200 CHF/month, but iOS wallet gives no chance to user to DO the KYC
DescriptionA certain Michael R. tried to withdraw > 200 CHF/month, and the withdrawals are stuck despite the wire transfers having happened ~1 month ago. The understanding is that he hit the KYC limit, but cannot pass the SMS check because the iOS wallet doesn't give indication of the KYC requirement.
Steps To ReproduceWithdraw > 200 CHF on TOPS. Dold may help with a reproducer setup for testing?

A question is put to one person and moves the issue nowhere: it can be assigned, worked on and implemented with a question open, because whoever asked is the one who knows whether the answer still matters. Several may be open at once. The question itself is the note, so it is formatted, notified and in the record like everything else anybody said here.

I definitely need help for debugging this, e.g. on STAGE.
Time estimate from 1 hour to a few, depending on the data the server sends...
