| For gnunet, apparently, this works as expected, because VCS_VERSION is not used. Instead, we define PACKAGE_VERSION to be the output of ./scripts/get_version.sh which may include the shorthash if it is not the tag exactly. VCS_VERSION is not used at all. Can we do the same for taler packages? The biggest change would be that PACKAGE_VERSION may include the shorthash. | |
