Summary0011330: Annoying `bind` error
DescriptionThis "ERROR" appears since quite some time: can we get rid of it a/o make it a warning, solve this?

It doesn't (seem) to affect operation in any way.

Seen both in stage & prod, running taler-merchant v1.5.15 (and also way before already, at least in all v1.4.x versions I can remember).
Steps To ReproduceJust install taler-merchant and run it on a Debian GNU/Linux sys.

Eh, that's a sysadmin issue. You're somehow starting the process wrong, possibly while still running an old version of the backend that is already bound to the port.

Note: if this happens, you are likely running the old/outdated version of the process, and/or have some other major configuration issue, so stop the service, make sure NOTHING is running anymore, and then re-start properly.
