Summary0011246: peer-push-credit transaction does not handle conflict response for merge operation when in KYC state
DescriptionWhen a peer-push-credit transaction is in a KYC state, tries to merge the purse, but the merge has already been done into another reserve (presumably by another wallet), wallet-core does not handle this situation properly. It simply retries, which is futile.
