Not doing this yet since it requires a third deployment (and the PoFi account seems to be misconfigured still w.r.t. QR IBAN):

* spec: prod environment
* rusty: staging environment, for testing with real-money EBICS account
* another new system for testing with fake-incoming, so we can easily and quickly test the whole end-to-end onboarding flow
