Summary0010741: need additional synthetic field values for PDF generator
DescriptionSpecifically, "FILING_DATE" needs to be always generated based on the timestamp of the form submission.
Furthermore, if the form was generated by an officer, we should generate an "AML_STAFF_NAME" field.

Some forms also want "SUBMITTED_BY" to be either "CUSTOMER" or "OFFICER". We do have BY_AML_OFFICER, should change the forms...
