Summary	0010479: fulfillment URL is not easily reachable from order details dialog
Description	After buying an article, and viewing the purchase details from the WebExtension wallet order history, it must be possible to easily re-open the fulfillment URL (probably even best in the same tab where the Wallet was in). Something like "go to merchant page" or "Open order page" -- we can debate the label (and/or icon) to use here, but there needs to be a prominent link.
