| Update: Today still same, same: money away from respective bank accounts PF and BCF; in the four PF cases (for the Android app) I also shipped (by purpose) attempts with an infix and a suffix, just to see what happens, if I get the money back etc. In any case, none of the 5 transfers (including the BCF transfer to the iOS app) made any of the two saldo statements (1x Android, 1x iOS) going above CHF 0.00. Ticket to be assigned to you, Florian, acc. to Christian PS @ Florian: If needed, I can ship screenshots from the banks, and/or from the apps (Android app updated to 1.0.10 (google 66) now; iOS as stated in description above); or other technical information (Christian mentioned it might be useful for you to get the app's wallet DBs; is it, or do you see the issue directly at the exchange level?) | |
