Summary0010212: Regional Currency setup fails if ICMP not working
DescriptionDuring the regional currency automated setup the config.py tries to ping the three subdomains of the provided domain and fails the setup if there's no ICMP reply...

My setup doesn't allow ICMP to the VM, so I think it would be great if it just doesn't completely fail the setup but maybe asks "Can't Ping the Exchange/Bank/Merchant. Is this expected?"

Makes sense, we could allow the user to continue in this case with a manual confirmation that it is OK due to firewall. Still, IMO not a good idea to disable ICMP.
Especially with IPv6 ICMP is mandatory. So not exactly convinced, after all, disabling ICMP will also prevent other diagnostics that would be useful for an exchange.
So teaching people to not disable it might be the right thing (TM), instead of allowing them to continue with suboptimal setups.
