Summary0010009: alloy cannot log to loki: too many requests + ring buffer problems
DescriptionSomehow the alloy on spec fails to log to pixel, giving various errors, including too many requests (exceeding 4MB/sec) plus, when that doesn't happen, the server returns errors about an "empty ring". So something broke badly in the configuration there.

"store: memberlist" was needed, plus possibly "target: all". Finally, ignore "empty ring" messages on startup, it simply seems to take the ingester some time to launch.

curl http://localhost:3100/ring and curl http://localhost:3100/services are helpful for diagnostics.
