Summary	0010052: Adding new Exchange may fail
Description	Non-detault pilots (like Netzbon and the TALER Bookseller) require adding a new exchange manually in the Taler Wallet. On Android, sometimes, the Exchange is not added immediately, and there is no hint on the progress of the operation. It may return an error message that requires repeating the add operation, but it seems not to be consistent across Android versions and devices tested so far. Once the Exchange has been added successfully, there may be a delay of several seconds before the Exchange appears, without visual hint that something is happening. This behavior seems to be variable across devices and no extensive tests has been done yet to prove the issue nor to track the problem down to its causes. The issue result ranges from doubt and frustration to the impossibility to pursue the demo, leading to a loss of confidence in the system.
Steps To Reproduce	This operation is done in Parameters > Payment Service Providers > hitting the + sign on the bottom right, and entering the URL of the exchange. In the Bookseller demo, the URL to enter is `https://exchange.bookseller.taler.net/`.
