Summary	0007766: Production deployments need "since-last" when downloading bank transactions.
Description	Tasks that download bank transactions need "since-last" as the "range-type" (see API doc below), in order to avoid data loss in case one batch doesn't get stored in the database. This problem exists, for example, with the "latest" range type. If "latest"-batch at time T doesn't arrive to the database, then "latest"-batch at time T+1 will likely NOT include payments from T, resulting in data loss. https://docs.taler.net/libeufin/api-nexus.html#post-nexusBase-bank-accounts-acctid-schedule
