Summary	0006586: Implement back-office only in UI + merchant backend API.
Description	So far, the back-office was a standalone Web service (equipped with its own UI) that relied on a back-office API offered by the merchant backend. That should be redesigned to remove the Web service and realize the same product only by serving static UI pages that talk directly to the merchant backend. Such static pages can be served by the backend itself, or by a minimal nginx site.
