| Description | During fixing 0011916 Culottes and I stumbled over this: 1. Purse refunds: SQL (do_expire_purse.sql, do_purse_delete.sql) credits the full deposit, but the signed PURSE-REFUND entry, the spec and the auditor's per-coin check deduct the refund fee; libtalerexchange and wallet-core add the deposit fee back. Client balances are only right if both fees are equal. Needs a decision which side is correct. 2. Full refunds: do_refund.sql also restores the deposit fee; the history and spec don't say so, and libtalerexchange doesn't account for it. 3. libtalerexchange requires "amount" in every history entry, but RESERVE-OPEN-DEPOSIT only has "coin_contribution", so parsing fails. I didn't want to mangle the fix for 0011916 with dealing with this, so here is a new issue. | ||||
