Making the Taler ingestion task to validate a normalized subject, and adding a (still trivial) test for the normalizing function. Happens here: b3cb31d |

Now checked: it is possible to have text before and after the public key, and this is also tested along the *unit* tests. What is missing is a multi-line subject tolerance. |
