Summary	0005363: CI System Rebuild
Description	The current CI/CD system has been left unattended for quite some time. Its setup was made from old versions of BuildBot, job runners which no longer exist, and old versions of GNUnet. Thus, most -if not all- of its configurations need to be heavily upgraded or completely redone.
Additional Information	The current plan I am proceeding with is to setup a fresh instance of BuildBot in a portable container, and redo the configuration. Next, 1 runner will be setup, and configured to run jobs in containers managed by Docker. Once this baseline is established, it should become straight-forward to add more runners composed of a variety of different architectures and operating systems.
